To drive the point home; if your car was heading for an embankment would windup your eyes and pretending to yourself that everything was fine make you feel comfortable? Would it help resolve your situation? Of policy not!

So you see, no matter how bad you may feel, those feelings are the key to your freedom and your capability to accomplish a sense of wholeness.
